Every plan includes a reply within 1 business day, and anything we built that does not work the way it should is fixed for free. There is no monthly edit count. Larger projects, like a redesign or a new feature, are quoted before we start. We only take on projects we are confident we can do well, so if something is not a good fit, we will tell you up front.

Is the mock-up really free?
Yes. You see a real homepage design for your business before you pay anything. If it is not for you, no hard feelings.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes. Most of our clients have a site that is old, slow, or hard to use on a phone. Add your current address in the form and we will take a look first.
Why are the prices not based on number of pages?
What takes work is the writing, photos, and features like booking or payments, not the page count. Starter, Standard, and Pro include up to 6 pages, and each extra page is $50.
What is the admin panel?
A page you sign in to, where you can change your text, photos, hours, and services yourself. It comes with the Pro plan, and we show you how to use it.
Do I have to pay every month?
No. The build price is one-time. A monthly care plan is optional for Starter and Standard sites. Plans differ by how complex a change they cover and where your requests sit in the queue, not by a limit on edits. Every plan includes a reply within 1 business day and free fixes for anything that does not work. Sites with an admin panel, payments, or a database need a care plan or a signed handoff agreement.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain, hosting, and Google Business Profile are set up in your name. If you ever leave, we hand over your files and a short guide to your site. If you want us to move the site to a new host later, we charge a flat fee, quoted up front.
What if I skip the care plan?
Your site keeps running in your own accounts, and we hand over what you need to manage it. You then handle updates and renewals yourself, or hire us for a one-off change, which we quote before we start. If something we built does not work, we still fix it for free.
Do you take every project?
No. We only take on projects we are confident we can do well and want to work on. If a request is not a good fit, we will tell you up front instead of taking it on.
